Job Description

This role is based in our Amsterdam, Netherlands Office

About The Role

You'll join our Food Product Management team within Informa Markets' Food & Nutrition portfolio. Working with Data & Analytics, Customer Insights, Digital Marketing, and Commercial Sales teams, you'll help us create innovative digital products for the food ingredients and nutraceutical industries. You'll report to the Senior Content & Digital Director.

What You'll Do

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end digital product projects from idea to launch
  • Set clear timelines, manage scope, and communicate deadlines to all team members
  • Work with Digital Product Managers to prioritize tasks and keep development on track
  • Solve problems quickly and spot potential risks before they impact your projects

Relationship Building

  • Build strong connections with internal teams across product development and go-to-market functions
  • Develop productive partnerships with suppliers and external partners
  • Document all communications effectively and share updates with key stakeholders

Business Impact

  • Drive improvements to make your projects more efficient and effective
  • Report progress clearly to sponsors and senior leaders
  • Help create compelling business cases for new initiatives
  • Monitor project budgets and validate business benefits throughout each project

Qualifications

What You'll Need

Essential Skills

  • 3+ years of project management experience in Digital Products
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Technical understanding of data-driven products
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication and facilitation abilities
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts and build consensus

Technical Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and MS Office

Personal Qualities

  • Adaptable in fast-changing environments
  • Self-motivated with a drive to tackle new challenges
  • Willing to travel as needed

Nice to Have

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
