Senior Product Designer (Remote - Europe)

As a Senior Product Designer, you will help shape the future of digital experiences in health, wellness, and connected living. You will work on high-impact projects, creating intuitive and engaging designs that influence behavior and improve daily life for millions of users. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, translating insights from user research and analytics into innovative, data-informed design solutions. You will be responsible for designing across multiple platforms, ensuring cohesion in visual language and interaction patterns. This fully remote position allows you to work with a global, distributed team while influencing the overall design system and contributing to long-term product strategy. You will be empowered to experiment, iterate quickly, and deliver polished, production-ready designs that drive meaningful user engagement.

Accountabilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to define user needs, flows, and experiences
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals across web, mobile, and connected platforms
• Conduct and apply insights from user research, competitive analysis, and market trends to inform design decisions
• Maintain and evolve the design system and visual language to ensure consistency and quality across products
• Participate in iterative design processes in an agile environment, adapting to changing priorities while keeping user experience central
• Present and communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a senior product or UX/UI design role
• Strong understanding of end-to-end design processes, including user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and testing
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, After Effects, or equivalent
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, interaction, and product design skills, with process insights included
• Experience designing consumer software or apps, ideally in health, wellness, or related domains
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly
• Comfort working across multiple time zones in a fully remote environment
• Passion for food, health, wellness, or lifestyle products is a plus

• Experience applying data-informed design approaches using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MixPanel, Amplitude)
• Ability to mentor and guide junior designers
