We are looking for a "Program/Project Manager" to manage complex global initiatives. Typical efforts that involve multiple cross-functional divisional teams and global stakeholders.

SKILLS 🤹:

  • 15+ years managing Complex Integrated efforts, project management certification or equivalent, Scrum master certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Coaching agile teams as well as traditional Project Management methodologies.
  • Experience dealing with Agile delivery or Project delivery items on a global level (Scope,Time, Cost, Quality, Risk, Team, Sprints, etc)
  • Excellent Communication skills in English.
  • Expertise in coaching teams in the values, principles, and processes of SAFe and/or Scrum frameworks.

TASKS 🚀:

  • Lead the planning and delivery of strategic initiatives ensuring they complete on time,within scope, and within budget.
  • Work closely with teams to define project goals, objectives and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement project plans, outlining roadmaps for achieving project objectives including critical paths and schedule dependencies internal to the project as well as external to other projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-team stakeholders.
  • Communication of project progress, risks, outcomes effectively to stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Monitor and manage changes in project scope, schedule, costs. Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent organization and facilitation skills to manage and coordinate meetings, agenda setting, sharing minutes, tracking actions, etc.
  • Experience creating and managing a backlog and project schedule based on input from team members (Monday.com and Jira technologies)
  • Stakeholder management experience / preparing and hosting Steering Committee

meetings, understanding Stakeholder needs, Escalation of key items for assistance in

resolutions. / Presenting Updates and complex information.

The Program Manager will be mainly driving 2 Communities, Delivery Management and Product Ownership Communities. In Community Manager role, activities typically include:

  • Coordinate planning and execution of community activities (Connect sessions, working groups, backlog, etc.) (Each working group is supported by a team or squad running a short- or mid-term project)
  • Facilitate communication across live sessions and asynchronous channels, ensuring visibility and alignment.
  • Ensure continuity by capturing decisions, maintaining documentation, updating the community space, and following up on action items.
  • Support and apply governance processes (e.g., preparation of Board materials, ensuring readiness of topics for Leadership Teams presentations and status updates, etc.).
  • Monitors engagement and feedback, helping the community evolve and remain active.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal Roche guidelines for occupational safety, quality assurance, environmental protection, and cybersecurity (20% of the role).
  • Represents the department in audits, coordinates the handling of findings, and assesses security-relevant exceptions.

SCHEDULE 🕘:

  • 08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
  • 100% remote working.
  • Ocassional tryps.
