Your new Role

The Systems & Network Administrator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Infrastructure environments deployed within the company network. This position will integrate the second line support team, that assures the support for all systems, networks and security, but also actively participate on all IT projects. We are looking for a person that will focus mainly in Network, Security Operations and Projects. Nevertheless the support of Windows and Linux Systems will be also part of the role.

Key tasks & Activities:

• Actively participate on IT projects, mainly on network, systems, and security components;
• Properly identify, debug, and solve technical problems for local and remote sites;
• Provide second-line support either for Network, Security or Linux and Windows Servers;
• Recommend, design and implement new solutions or procedures to improve the resilience, efficiency and security of the network;
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

What you will need to succeed

• Background and Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or similar position;
• Strong knowledge of networks and network security;
• Experience in project management and implementation of complex networks.
• Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of networks and addressing concepts;
• Strong knowledge of Cisco eco-system (Switching, Routing, Identity Services – NAC, Firewalls, Wifi);
• Proven knowledge in network design and implementation;
• Good knowledge of WAN networks and SSL VPN;
• Good knowledge of DNS and DHCP;
• Proven experience conducting IT network and security analysis, troubleshooting and debugging, including the ability to perform root cause analysis;
• Experience managing Linux and Windows Servers, Office 365 and Azure Services.
