With a team of 200+ professionals across Europe, the U.S., and beyond, they're scaling quickly and need a leader who can bring structure, insight, and momentum to their next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with the COO and executive team to shape and execute the company’s operational strategy.
• Design and implement scalable processes, systems, and KPIs to drive performance and accountability.
• Connect dots across business units (Product, Finance, HR, and Tech) to streamline execution and foster collaboration.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, nurturing a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Establish operational dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making at the leadership level.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, business strategy, or organisational management.
• A proven track record scaling complex, multi-entity or holding structures.
• Strong analytical and execution skills with an ability to bring clarity to complexity.
• Comfortable collaborating with C-level executives, boards, and investors.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
