About Caravelo

Caravelo helps airlines and travel brands power subscription-based models that change how people experience travel.

We’re looking for a UX/UI Product Designer to own the design of our B2C and B2B products (from discovery to delivery) shaping experiences used by thousands of travelers every day.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Lead the design lifecycle: research, prototyping, testing, and delivery.
  • Maintain and evolve our Figma-based design system for white-label scalability.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers and Engineers to turn ideas into real features.
  • Use AI tools and data to make faster, smarter design decisions.
  • Manage external design resources when needed, ensuring consistency and quality.

Required Skills And Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Product or UX/UI Design (preferably in SaaS or product environments).
  • Strong Figma expertise (autolayout, variables, component properties, animation).
  • Basic coding knowledge — enough to speak developer fluently.
  • Proven experience maintaining and/or building design systems.
  • A pragmatic, user-centered mindset that balances beauty with functionality.
  • Active use of AI in your workflow (research, ideation, or prototyping).
