As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking an HR Specialist to support our office in Basel.
Your Responsibilities:
Personnel Administration :
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout their lifecycle.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee integration initiatives (e.g., health insurance, benefits, and onboarding presentations).
• Maintain and update personnel files.
• Monitor and manage absences and activity reports.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other related documents.
• Handle payroll variables and ensure compliance with applicable agreements.
• Track and coordinate employee training.
Communication and Events:
• Organize and participate in employee integration meetings (including sending invitations).
• Support mentoring programs and ensure proper follow-up.
• Manage internal communications through Viva Engage in collaboration with HR Partners.
• Assist in organizing internal events (after-work gatherings, seminars, and external events), including idea generation, logistics, and invitations.
About You:
• Background in Human Resources with relevant experience.
• Trilingual in French, German, and English, comfortable working with both German- and English-speaking colleagues.
• Prior experience in a similar role in Switzerland, with knowledge of Swiss social insurance systems.
• Knowledge of the consulting industry is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Organized, discreet, and methodical in your approach, with a strong commitment to employee satisfaction.
• Service-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to follow procedures.
