Main Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality software that empowers our business and improves user experience.
• Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Optimise code for performance and scalability.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with other developers and teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements/Experience:

• 2+ years of experience developing in PHP, with a good understanding of common design patterns.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, MySQL, and Linux.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Familiarity with MVC frameworks (e.g. Zend, Symfony, Laravel).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.

Other skills that will be highly regarded

• Experience with React or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Exposure to 3rd-party APIs (Twitter, Facebook, Google, AWS, Stripe, PayPal, Xero, etc.).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development processes
