Human Resources Specialist

We are now looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team in the Bucharest, Romania. If you are driven by purpose, precision and innovation - this could be the perfect fit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Min. 3 years of experience in the payroll preparation area

• Knowledge of the Romanian labour law

• Language proficiency: min. English B2 level (fluent in communication)

• Knowledge of visa processes in Romania for EU and non-EU citizens as an additional asset

• Good communication abilities

• MS Office package knowledge

• Independence of action

• Analytical thinking

• Result orientation

Responsibilities / Accomplishments

• Prepare and process monthly payrolls for employees in compliance with Romanian labour laws and internal policies

• Maintain personal administration in accordance with local laws and corporate policies/guidelines.

• Management of processes “from employment to retirement” in accordance with Romanian labour law and the company's policies

• Coordination of all HR processes in the assigned area

• Being point of contact for all employees

• Support HR team in the HR related projects
