We are currently looking for a team-oriented and proactive Project Manager for projects implementation in Decarbonization Department, within KMG Rompetrol.

Your new role: Organizing, coordinating and monitoring implementation of projects performed in Decarbonization Department’s responsibility, by complying with quality standards and deadlines.
Activities going to help you shine (responsibilities):
• Lead and coordinate the planning and execution of renewable energy projects, including solar PV, BESS, and related decarbonization initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including workflow structure, timeline, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies.
• Review project plans to ensure alignment with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and evolving business needs.
• Guide project teams to deliver high-quality results within agreed costs, schedules, and performance standards.
• Monitor project execution and track key performance indicators, reporting progress and deviations versus initial plans.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of costs, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively implementing solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Collect, centralize, and systematize project-related information for internal reporting and strategic decision-making.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with internal departments and external stakeholders involved in project execution.
• Develop, review, and analyze financial models for renewable energy projects, including key assumptions, scenario analysis, and investment indicators.
• Evaluate investment proposals and support decision-making by interpreting model outputs and identifying project financial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and provide analytical support to senior management.
• Participate in the budgeting and resource planning processes for all decarbonization projects.
• Conduct site visits to suppliers, partners, and project locations to ensure compliance with quality standards, contractual obligations, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with external partners to explore new technologies, optimize processes, and improve renewable energy project performance.
• Promote sustainable practices across the supply chain and contribute to corporate decarbonization targets.
The fuel needed to go further with us (candidate profile):
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience managing technical or investment projects in the energy or electrical engineering sector, decarbonization or sustainable technologies.
• Strong experience in financial modeling, including building and reviewing models, assessing assumptions, and interpreting key indicators (IRR, NPV, payback period, sensitivity analysis).
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex renewable energy projects from planning to execution.
• Project Management certification is highly desirable. Knowledge of principles, practices, tools and techniques of project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and project management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, sustainability standards, and environmental compliance in renewable energy projects is a plus
• English - advanced level;
