Who are we looking for ?

We are seeking a proactive HR Support Specialist with a strong technical and analytical background. In this role, you will leverage AI tools, data analytics, and reporting technologies such as Power BI to streamline HR processes and enhance decision-making. You have an interest in payroll and budget management while utilizing your excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and deliver clear insights.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Reporting:

  • You utilize PowerBI to create, update and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable HR insights.
  • This gives you the opportunity to identify trends, forecast needs and support on strategic initiatives.
  • You collaborate with the HR and controlling teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.

Payroll & Budget

  • You support payroll processes by ensuring data integrity and facilitating communication between HR, payroll and controlling teams.
  • You assist in budget planning and analysis by providing data-driven insights and contributing to cost optimization strategies.

Communication & Collaboration

  • You serve as a key point of contact for HR, IT and controlling teams, ensuring clear and effective communication across departments.
  • You prepare and present detailed reports, data summaries, and insights to stakeholders in an understandable and actionable format.

AI & Technology Integration

  • You assist in the implementation and support of AI tools within HR processes, such as talent acquisition, employee engagement and workforce analytics.
  • You work with IT and external vendors to integrate AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor in HR, Business Administration, Data or a related field.
  • Experience in data analytics and reporting tools (particularly Power BI).
  • An interest to apply AI technologies in HR settings.
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes and budget management.
  • You are a strong communicator and have the power to translate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
