As Blueclip, we started our journey to bring the most creative minds and the know-how together to deliver great works. Our current search is for a CTO/ VP of Engineer to join one of our international partners developing next-generation, privacy-first advertising technologies.

This role sits at the intersection of adtech, cryptography, AI, and blockchain, offering the opportunity to help build the proof layer for the future of internet advertising, one that is transparent, cryptographically verified, and privacy-preserving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build the Proof Engine for real-time Zero-Knowledge (ZK) verification
• Develop a transparency tool similar to an “Etherscan for advertising”
• Create privacy-preserving AI models through federated learning
• Architect hybrid systems that combine off-chain scalability with on-chain settlement and blockchain-anchored proofs
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product teams to ensure security, privacy, and performance at scale

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in adtech, blockchain, cryptography, or AI
• Strong background in building distributed or high-performance systems
• Deep curiosity for privacy-preserving and decentralized technologies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for meaningful, impactful engineering

Bonus points for:

• Hands-on knowledge of Zero-Knowledge Proofs, MPC, or differential privacy
• Exceptional university talent or lab assistant with hands-on projects in cryptography, AI, or distributed systems.
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising (DSP/SSP)
• Experience with high-frequency or low-latency systems
