We are currently seeking a “Human Resources Specialist” to join our team at the Istanbul headquarters of Howden.
Qualifications
- Graduated from universities with degrees in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, or similar departments,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel affairs and payroll processes,
- Knowledgeable about labor law and social security regulations (SGK), and keeps up with related legal developments,
- Experienced in core Human Resources and Payroll Modules (Workday, Hr-web, DELTA HR),
- Proficient in MS Office programs. Especially Excel,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and has strong analytical thinking skills,
Key Responsibilities
- Performing personnel transactions during hiring and termination processes,
- Processing employee onboarding and offboarding through the Delta HR system,
- Maintaining personnel files in an up-to-date and organized manner,
- End-to-end tracking of meal card payments,
- Ensuring the tracking of health insurance and BES processes,
- Providing support for the payroll process for all employees.
- Preparing visa documents.
- Keeping the HRWeb system up to date.
- Organizing workplace physician visit days.
- Supporting training, organizational development, and performance management processes.
