We are currently seeking a “Human Resources Specialist” to join our team at the Istanbul headquarters of Howden.


Qualifications


  • Graduated from universities with degrees in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, or similar departments,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel affairs and payroll processes,
  • Knowledgeable about labor law and social security regulations (SGK), and keeps up with related legal developments,
  • Experienced in core Human Resources and Payroll Modules (Workday, Hr-web, DELTA HR),
  • Proficient in MS Office programs. Especially Excel,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and has strong analytical thinking skills,


Key Responsibilities


  • Performing personnel transactions during hiring and termination processes,
  • Processing employee onboarding and offboarding through the Delta HR system,
  • Maintaining personnel files in an up-to-date and organized manner,
  • End-to-end tracking of meal card payments,
  • Ensuring the tracking of health insurance and BES processes,
  • Providing support for the payroll process for all employees.
  • Preparing visa documents.
  • Keeping the HRWeb system up to date.
  • Organizing workplace physician visit days.
  • Supporting training, organizational development, and performance management processes.
