Network Administrator (NetOps)

Are you a skilled Network Administrator with a passion for reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure? We’re looking for a hands-on Network Operations (NetOps) professional to manage and enhance our enterprise network spanning multiple sites across Europe, the US, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You’ll be part of a team that ensures seamless connectivity, robust security, and ongoing modernization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor network infrastructure across 5 global sites and GCP
• Configure routing protocols and network hardware (Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet)
• Write clear, actionable instructions for on-site engineers to perform physical tasks
• Respond to incidents and lead troubleshooting efforts
• Manage IP addressing, subnets, VLANs, and load balancing setups
• Support ongoing cloud migration and hybrid network initiatives
• Participate in DDoS mitigation and firewall rule management

Our Tech Stack

• Routing & Switching: BGP, ISIS, EVPN-VXLAN
• Vendors: Juniper (MX, QFX, SRX), Cisco, Alcatel (legacy), Fortinet
• Security: Imperva (DDoS), Fortinet firewalls (including PCI-DSS)
• Cloud: Google Cloud Platform
• Protocols: IPv4 (IPv6 optional), ICMP, TCP/UDP, DHCP, DNS
• Linux (RHEL/CentOS): Network services and support
• Other: 802.1Q VLANs, bonding, 802.1X authentication

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in enterprise network operations
• Hands-on knowledge of BGP, ISIS, EVPN-VXLAN
• Ability to document and communicate clearly with distributed teams
• Familiarity with network security tools and practices
• Comfort working in hybrid environments (data center + cloud)
• General adaptability to tooling – no fixed stack required

On-Call Rotation

• This role includes 24/7 on-call support, on a certain rotation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Juniper routing and switching equipment
• Prior involvement in cloud networking (GCP preferred)
• Understanding of PCI-DSS or other compliance frameworks
• Experience working across multi-region environments
