As a Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in bringing this mission to life. You’ll join one of the best product development teams in Norway where you will design, build, test, and improve software that helps thousands of businesses grow closer to their customers every single day. You won’t just write code; you’ll shape experiences that make complex work feel effortless and human.

We’re a team of curious builders who love solving real problems and improving how we work. You’ll gradually take ownership of parts of the codebase, collaborate closely with your teammates, and drive continuous improvement in how we deliver value.

And right now, it’s an especially exciting time to join us: we’re developing our own AI technology to make our CRM smarter, faster, and more intuitive. You’ll be part of the team weaving AI into the heart of every SuperOffice product; turning innovation into tools that empower people to do their best work.

💼 Your Role

• Research, design, implement, review, test, and document code.
• Gradually take ownership of parts of the codebase.
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to better solutions.
• Communicate clearly with your team. Ask questions early, share knowledge often, and be proactive.

• 3-5 years of experience with C# and full stack development.
