About You
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, translating requirements into wireframes and designs, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring those ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and business goals.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Design intuitive and engaging UI layouts for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure a consistent visual language and design system across all digital products.
- Translate complex problems into elegant, accessible, and responsive designs.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and user testing results.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
What We’re Looking
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Experience creating user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, color, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and process.
