AI / ML Engineer – Dubai (Hybrid)

We’re looking for talented Machine Learning Engineers who can build, train, and deploy real-world AI systems. You’ll work on projects involving LLMs, RAG pipelines, and MLOps across large-scale data environments with a team that values ownership and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Build, fine-tune, and deploy ML and LLM models in production
• Design and maintain RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding pipelines
• Work closely with data, product, and backend engineers to deliver AI-driven features
• Evaluate model performance and optimize for speed and accuracy
• Experiment with frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch, and TensorFlow

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience training and deploying ML or NLP models
• Strong skills in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and MLOps workflows
• Understanding of embeddings, RAG, and model evaluation
• Solid grasp of core ML concepts like supervised and unsupervised learning
• Practical problem solver who enjoys building and improving real products

Nice to Have

• Experience with Llama 3, Gemini, or similar LLMs
• Background in FinTech, HealthTech, or data-driven platforms
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

💰 Salary: AED 45,000–60,000 per month depending on experience
