We’re developing an AI-driven platform to enhance how brands and teams in emerging tech manage communications, insights, and workflows. We’re looking for a creative, hands-on AI Engineer to work closely with our in-house AI Specialist and leadership team to build, test, and deploy this platform from the ground up.

Role Overview

This role blends AI engineering, product development, and experimentation. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with tech, product, and strategy teams to design and implement AI tools that integrate with internal systems and client-facing solutions. The ideal candidate is curious, self-driven, and thrives in start-up-style environments where ideas move fast from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside Luna PR’s AI Specialist to design, build, and scale the agency’s proprietary AI platform.
• Develop, fine-tune, and integrate large language models (LLMs) and other machine-learning frameworks for natural-language, data-driven, and automation use cases.
• Build and maintain APIs and backend architecture supporting the platform.
• Prototype new AI tools to improve internal workflows (content generation, insights, media analysis, etc.).
• Collaborate with design and product teams on UI/UX and user-journey development.
• Test, monitor, and optimize model performance and accuracy.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in AI, Web3, and automation to recommend new ideas and integrations.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in AI, ML, or software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and familiarity with LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar frameworks.
• Experience developing or fine-tuning LLMs or working with generative AI tools.
• Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ability to translate conceptual ideas into functioning prototypes and products.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Bonus: interest or background in Web3, blockchain, or emerging tech.
