GoMining is an international technology company building infrastructure and products in the blockchain, digital assets, and Bitcoin mining sectors. Our solutions are used by millions of users worldwide, and our team unites specialists from different countries. We are now preparing for a strategic step — an investment round and a potential IPO — and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate all preparation processes.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of GoMining's investment round and IPO preparation projects
  • Creation and administration of the data room for investors, regulators, and partners
  • Coordinating due diligence processes with venture investors, investment banks, legal and auditing firms
  • Collection, verification, and structuring of data, financial statements, and presentation materials
  • Managing project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables for both the investment round and IPO
  • Organizing internal processes and communication between departments (finance, legal, marketing, product)
  • Preparing investor materials, including pitch decks, financial models, Investor Deck, and Roadshow presentations
  • Monitoring and mitigating project risks

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of project management experience in investment rounds, IPO, M&A, or corporate finance
  • Understanding of fundraising and IPO processes, including interaction with regulators and investors
  • Experience working with data rooms (Intralinks, Merrill Datasite, Ansarada, or similar)
  • Strong planning, communication, and time management skills
  • English — Upper-Intermediate+
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a high-responsibility environment
