Aludyne Norway is entering a transformative growth phase, fueled by several newly signed contracts that will more than double our revenue over the next two years. To successfully deliver on this expansion, we are seeking a Program Manager to lead the launch and integration of new products into our operations.


This is a unique opportunity to take on a key leadership role at our advanced manufacturing facility in Farsund, while also opening doors to an international career within the Aludyne Group.

As a cornerstone company in the region, Aludyne Norway is a high-tech aluminum foundry with over 200 employees. We design and manufacture complex, safety-critical aluminum chassis components for premium automotive brands. With more than 100 robots and a high level of automation, we are at the forefront of technological innovation.


In this role, you will be at the center of product implementation—working locally and globally with our corporate teams, suppliers, and customers to shape the future of mobility.


Key responsibilities:

  • Lead one or more programs and cross-functional project teams
  • Ensure close collaboration with customers and strategic partners
  • Maintain a strong commercial focus throughout change and implementation processes.

Who we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a structured and goal-oriented leader who thrives in managing multiple processes simultaneously. You communicate clearly, inspire your team and drive progress toward ambitious goals.


Qualifications:

  • Higher education in engineering, project management or a related field
  • Excellent English skills – German is a plus
  • Experience in project management, preferably in an industrial, cross-functional, and/or multicultural context
  • Strong system understanding and digital proficiency.
