Mai Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring governance, timely execution, and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance

• Establish and enforce project management standards and best practices.
• Ensure all projects are initiated with comprehensive briefs, business cases, and structured approvals.

Project Execution & Delivery

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage resources, risks, and dependencies while ensuring delivery quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive accountability and results.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with department heads to align projects with business priorities.
• Facilitate decision-making and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Deliver weekly and monthly project dashboards for leadership.
• Track KPIs, analyze risks, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.

Process & Continuous Improvement

• Drive adoption of standardized project tools and templates.
• Implement continuous improvement frameworks for project optimization.
• Support the development of SOPs, policies, and business cases.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred).
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in managing CapEx and commercial projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
