Daily Operations Management

• Oversee daily workflows across production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Ensure that manufacturing schedules are aligned with customer orders and deadlines.
• Resolve operational issues proactively to prevent delays or quality lapses.

Production & Fulfilment Oversight

• Monitor production efficiency, output, and quality control standards.
• Coordinate with the planning and procurement teams to ensure material availability.
• Support end-to-end fulfilment processes from order confirmation to final delivery.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with sales, design, QA, and project teams to ensure alignment on execution.
• Communicate customer requirements and technical details to internal stakeholders.
• Participate in planning meetings and provide real-time updates on operational status.

Team Management & Development

• Lead and supervise supervisors, coordinators, and operational staff.
• Conduct training, performance reviews, and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and process improvement.

Process Optimization & Reporting

• Identify areas for workflow improvement and cost reduction.
• Implement lean practices and digitized systems for better control and tracking.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for the Director of Operations.
