(Senior) Performance Analyst

The (Senior) Performance Analyst is responsible for driving data-driven insights to support Circle K’s Global Loyalty initiatives. This involves detailed customer value analysis, profitability assessments, and the development of advanced models for Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), KPI monitoring, and performance benchmarking. By leveraging financial metrics and customer segmentation, the role ensures that strategies align with Circle K’s priorities and drive impactful business decisions. Collaboration with Digital, Analytics (D&A), and Finance teams is critical to maintaining alignment across the organization, with the position acting as a key liaison to streamline processes and deliver actionable insights.
The role also focuses on creating and maintaining a global insights dashboard, aligning metrics and financial evaluations to support decision-making. By developing forecasting models for revenue impacts, break-even analysis, ROI calculations, and risk scenarios, the manager ensures program profitability and cost management. Additionally, the role involves process improvements, sharing best practices, and enhancing dashboard accessibility while maintaining consistency in reporting terminology. With a strong background in data analytics, financial modeling, and stakeholder collaboration, the analyst plays a vital role in optimizing Circle K’s Digital and Loyalty strategies.
Seniority level for this position will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and implement analytics to support Digital initiatives, aligning with Circle K’s strategic priorities.
- Conduct detailed profitability assessments across products.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) modelling, KPI monitoring, and performance benchmarking using financial metrics and customer segmentation.
- Collaborate with Digital, Analytics (D&A), and Finance teams to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals.
- Partner with Performance Managers, Digital/Loyalty teams, and other stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
- Continuously evaluate and propose new opportunities for customer segmentation and program improvement
- Drive process improvements and performance measurement developments in collaboration with D&A and Digital teams.
- Share best practices to support the alignment of Digital strategy across the organization.
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of loyalty programs and digital marketing strategies
- Experience with BI and analytical tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL)
- Preferred but not required experience within a statistical analysis language (e.g. R, Python)

- A higher degree in an analytical discipline like Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or similar
- 5+ years working experience in analytics, customer lifecycle management, or a similar role
