We are looking to hire a Senior Executive – Reporting & Analytics who will be responsible for providing analytics and reporting support to the Procurement function of one of the leading semi government organizations in the region. The role will play a key part in driving data-driven insights, process efficiency, and strategic procurement excellence across the business.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months and is renewable.
The Senior Executive – Reporting & Analytics will work closely with the Procurement Excellence team to create impactful reports and dashboards, execute analytics projects, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify trends, patterns, and metrics to represent procurement activities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key KPIs using Excel and design intuitive data visualizations and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and board-level reports.
- Conduct analytics projects focused on procurement challenges and opportunities.
- Use Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Generate actionable insights to inform procurement strategy and decision-making.
- Recommend improvement opportunities across key procurement KPIs such as cycle time, cost reduction, and compliance.
- Support development of business requirement documents and procurement improvement initiatives.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support and data-driven insights for internal stakeholders.
- Prepare reports evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of implemented initiatives.
- Meet individual objectives aligned with Procurement Excellence goals.
- Pursue continuous learning and development, applying new skills to enhance performance.
- Foster a customer-centric, innovative, and high-performance culture.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience within a procurement function, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Strong understanding of procurement analytics techniques and tools.
- Additional qualification in Data Analytics or Visualization is an advantage
- Strong understanding of procurement analytics techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Python, and SQL.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and project management methodologies
Availability:
• Preference will be given to candidates available to join immediately upon offer acceptance.
