Role: Full Stack Software Engineer (PHP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript)

Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 12+ months

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Work Hours: PST (Must be open to supporting UK Time zone on occasion)

Location: 100% Remote - (Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM Countries)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer who can work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and deliver high-quality solutions end-to-end. You will build features from scratch, collaborate across time zones, and contribute to both code quality and team processes.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and ship small to mid-sized features as the sole engineer
• Take full ownership of assigned work from concept to delivery
• Help plan and scope new projects
• Review and provide feedback on Pull Requests
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code
• Create and maintain internal documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Must-Have Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in PHP and HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Extensive experience with Laravel and Vue
• Solid understanding of SQL/MySQL
• Experience with Git/GitHub
• Capable of building solutions from scratch with minimal direction
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and code quality
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across time zones
• Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
• Thrives in autonomous environments

• Inertia.js
• Tailwind CSS
• AWS / Serverless infrastructure
• CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Experience integrating payment platforms such as PayPal, Braintree, Adyen, or Square
