Our Global Product Innovation team and on the hunt for an exceptionally talented and experienced team player, a Product Innovation Coordinator, to support our team to deliver further brand awareness and equity to our ever-growing community of Bondi Babes, worldwide!

We are looking for an experienced Product Innovation Manager to work across all categories to join our team.

What is the role?

As our Product Innovation Manager, you will successfully manage the day-to-day organisation of multiple new projects and current product assigned to all categories – SPF, Self-Tan, Skin Care & Accessories.

Working together with the Head of Product Innovation, you will drive all product and innovation projects with well-devised product roadmaps to ensure delivery of products on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Leading the end-to-end project management of NPD pipeline from project approval to distribution
• Assist in establishing the product’s vision by providing research and insights on the market and consumer to appraise ideas for market viability
• Work together with cross-functional teams and suppliers to build out detailed project plans
• Create and manage Project Briefs, in conjunction with cross-functional partners; maintain and update assortment files and marketing calendars
• Monitor and maintain on-time delivery of critical project milestones, update and track PD timelines
• Create product profiles to include dermatological positioning, product concepts, product claims, technology and key product attributes, ensuring cross-functional team alignment
• Leading discussions between vendors and the internal cross functional team to ensure that all critical milestones are met
• Evaluate formula submissions with Global Head of Product Innovation, co-founders and CMO
• Assist with costings, leasing with manufacturers to provide quotations and placing orders in a timely manner
• Work with the design team on new and existing packaging artwork briefs
• Maintain excellent relationship with suppliers, working to understand their goals, market conditions, challenges, competitive activities and possible unique opportunities.
• Work closely with Global Head of Product Innovation on global market launches to ensure market readiness with compliant, tolerable and desirable new global product launches and reformulations

So, who are you?

You could be our Product Innovation Manager! This is a truly unique opportunity for a passionate, results-driven, innovative and successful professional who would relish the chance to join an award-winning global market leader in the lifestyle / skin / beauty space, whilst being a part of our Global team based in our vibrant HQ offices in Port Melbourne.

You have at least 3 years of product development experience and a relevant tertiary qualification, ideally within the beauty / health / FMCG space, with demonstrated experience tracking and managing multiple projects. You have a solid working knowledge of delivering NPD from concept to launch on time and on budget.

With your dazzling project management skills, you will have the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve targets and deadlines successfully. You love developing strong relationships and work closely with both internal and external partners. As well as your strong organisational skills and collaborative approach mean you are confident in communicating plans, problem solving and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
