As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll join a multidisciplinary team of Product Designers, Service Designers, Researchers, and Testers, crafting impactful digital experiences for both internal and external audiences.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product or UX/UI Designer with expertise in designing for AEM.

Using a human-centered design (HCD) approach, you will:

· Conduct user research and generate actionable insights.

· Prototype concepts and designs to refine experiences.

· Optimize processes and digital touchpoints for internal and external stakeholders.

· Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams to uncover customer and business needs, translating them into intuitive, engaging digital solutions.

About You:

· At least 4 years of experience in UX/UI Design.

· Proven experience designing for AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).

· Skilled in using design tools like Figma to digitize and streamline experiences.

· Experience planning and/or facilitating workshops with cross-functional teams for research and testing.

· A portfolio showcasing examples of visual design and user interactions.

· Familiarity with design systems, including creating component designs.

· A strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
