Job Title: Lead .NET Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead .NET Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. You will mentor a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure best practices in software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using .NET Core, C#, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework.
• Solid experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js or Angular, and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Proficient in SQL Server and/or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
