Job Title: Strategy and Operations Analyst Intern
Role overview
You will play an important role in the execution and delivery of the programs to support and accelerate the growth of startups’ journey. This will be an opportunity for you to learn, experience and interact with stakeholders in the ecosystem from founders to C-suite executives. If you are passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation with strong interest in ecosystem building and founder support. This is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of accelerator and innovation programs in partnership with leading corporates, VCs, and ecosystem partners.
- Assist in strategic operations across APAC markets — including project tracking, reporting, and workflow optimization.
- Help with program operations, such as event planning, scheduling, and logistics (onsite and virtual).
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decisions on new verticals, partner engagement, or ecosystem trends.
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Assist with communications with startup founders, mentors, investors, and internal teams.
- Track and evaluate program KPIs; assist in post-program performance analysis and documentation.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as required in support of Tenity’s strategic initiatives.
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized university (Business, Finance, Technology, or related disciplines preferred).
- Deep curiosity about entrepreneurship, emerging technologies, and corporate innovation.
- Interest in sectors such as Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, and Healthcare, as well as technologies like Generative AI, Fintech, Blockchain, and Web3.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently while being an effective team player.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and comfortable in a startup-like environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with Zoom, Canva, Notion, or similar tools is a plus.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional Asian language proficiency is an advantage.
