What You'll Be Doing
The Research Data Analyst leads the development, implementation, and communication of data analysis strategies to support research initiatives, outcomes evaluation, and organizational reporting needs. This role transforms complex data into actionable insights through advanced analyses, visualizations, and reports. The position plays a key role in supporting evidence-based decision-making across research, educational, clinical, and event-based initiatives.

Compensation for the Research Data Analyst position is $85,000-110,000 based upon candidate experience and market expectations.

What You'll Be Doing
The Research Data Analyst leads the development, implementation, and communication of data analysis strategies to support research initiatives, outcomes evaluation, and organizational reporting needs. This role transforms complex data into actionable insights through advanced analyses, visualizations, and reports. The position plays a key role in supporting evidence-based decision-making across research, educational, clinical, and event-based initiatives.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Research & Outcomes Analysis
- Develop and execute data analysis plans to support research and outcomes projects; produce graphics and visualizations for presentations and publications.
- Education & Training Reporting
- Create and deliver participation reports for internships, fellowships, and resident rotations; design participant tracking protocols within Salesforce.
- Event & Program Impact
- Develop and disseminate Return on Investment (ROI) reports for conferences, events, and the Continuing Education (CE) portal to evaluate effectiveness and inform future planning.
- Clinical Training Insights
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for clinical leadership to track training participation, course completions, and attendance trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences, Biostatistics, Health Informatics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience analyzing clinical, survey, or outcomes data related to behavioral health services.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with data management and reporting within CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Advanced Excel and database query skills (SQL preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create clear reports and presentations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
