Full-Stack Engineer

We’re hiring back-end engineers to support the development and deployment of our product. This is a hybrid role that involves a combination of front-end, back-end and design thinking. Our approach is to use modern languages and infrastructure to build our product simply. We currently use Python, Django, React, Next.js, and SQL.

We're immediately hiring a Back End Engineer on a full-time basis.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and develop new features that extend the capabilities of our current platform
• API implementation for a distributed cloud platform
• Build out our next generation deployment pipeline and infrastructure
• Integrate third party API's into our product, such as Stripe, CapitalOS,
• Work with our experienced Front End team to build functional products
• Communicating your ideas through design documents and documentation for other engineers

What you bring to the table

• Strong CS fundamentals
• 5+ years of experience building and deploying distributed cloud systems
• Experience with AWS
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Ability to work asynchronously

Bonus points

• Experience with Python
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Experience deploying applications to the AWS cloud

Compensation

• $150k-200k USD salary, plus stock options and healthcare.
