Accountabilities
- Apply reference architectures and established guidelines to design, deploy, and support complex .NET/C# systems
- Provide cross-disciplinary architectural guidance to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions
- Lead requirement analysis and develop detailed architectural designs for complex components, producing and presenting supporting documentation
- Stay informed of current architecture trends and operational factors, applying them to projects as needed
- Advise on enterprise technology strategy and the application of reference architectures
- Develop or leverage reusable models, practices, and enterprise reference architectures aligned with overall architectural plans
- Encourage stakeholders to prioritize risk reduction and business value while adopting scalable technological solutions
- Recommend tactical solution replacements or integrate them into decommissioning or upgrade strategies
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing architectures and processes, aiming for increased efficiency and effectiveness
- Promote best practices in architectural design and optimize current systems and workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in application architecture, system design, or software development
- Strong expertise in .NET/C# technologies and enterprise application architecture
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing architectural guidance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Experience with system optimization, risk management, and strategic technology planning
- Competitive annual salary range of $104,000 - $160,000, based on experience and qualifications
- Potential incentive pay, including commissions or bonuses, depending on role and performance
