The Brand Designer will lead the evolution of our visual identity and digital brand experiences, bringing a strategic mindset, deep UX/UI expertise, and a passion for crafting cohesive, user-centered design solutions across digital and print platforms that support business goals.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Lead the development and execution of brand design strategies across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints, ensuring consistency and innovation.
  • Design and prototype user-centric digital experiences using Figma, with a focus on enterprise tools, dashboards, and customer-facing platforms.
  • Collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, and developers to deliver intuitive, accessible, and scalable design systems.
  • Direct and oversee brand photography and video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand tone and visual storytelling goals.
  • Manage and evolve the brand asset library and design systems to support global consistency and scalability.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to cross-functional training initiatives, including brand onboarding and design best practices.
  • Partner with compliance, legal, and marketing teams to ensure all creative outputs meet regulatory and accessibility standards.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to senior stakeholders, advocating for user needs and brand integrity.
