About RepRally

RepRally is building the operating system for wholesale commerce - a $1.5 trillion market with 500,000+ retail stores that still operates on phone calls and paper. We're creating a unified platform that connects brands, sales reps, and retailers, bringing intelligence and efficiency to an industry ready for transformation.

Founded by experienced operators and backed by Greylock Partners, Infinity Ventures, and Indicator Ventures, we've achieved strong product-market fit and are scaling rapidly. Our team includes alumni from leading marketplaces and consumer brands who've built and scaled similar platforms.

About the Role:

As our 0-1 focused Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to final implementation, across critical platforms including our rep app, store, and brand portal. You'll lead new product initiatives, driving user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to deeply understand needs, then translating those insights into elegant, user-centered design solutions. This includes developing comprehensive UX deliverables like user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, alongside creating high-fidelity UI designs that are visually appealing and seamless across iOS mobile apps and responsive web.

Success in this role requires a strong blend of strategic foresight, user-centric empathy, and hands-on design excellence, all while actively contributing to and evolving our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, and marketing, and work alongside other designers to guide our vision and ensure design quality.
