Position Title: Quality Assurance Engineer – ERP Solutions

Location: Doha, Qatar

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to support testing efforts across our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA best practices and a working knowledge of ERP systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of ERP modules by planning and executing manual and automated tests across various business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review business and technical requirements to create effective test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual and automated testing of ERP modules such as finance, procurement, inventory, HR, and others.
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing to validate system performance and data accuracy.
• Document and report bugs, track issue resolution, and verify fixes using defect management tools like JIRA.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and end users to understand workflows and test critical business processes.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by coordinating with business stakeholders and end users.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in software quality assurance or ERP-related testing.
• Hands-on experience testing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite.
• Understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and testing best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automated testing using tools like Selenium, Katalon, or TestComplete.
• Exposure to API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Prior experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or data migrations.
