📍About the Role
This role leads the end-to-end delivery of large-scale oil and gas and natural gas projects, from technical design and cost evaluation to execution and commercial closure. It requires strong leadership in coordinating cross-functional and cross-regional teams, managing stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and authorities, and ensuring safe, on-time project completion. The position also drives business development through market insight, client engagement, and effective sales strategy execution.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall planning and execution of oil and gas upstream development, natural gas surface treatment, and chemical engineering projects.
- Lead the implementation of large-scale natural gas projects in the Middle East, including preliminary technical solution design, cost evaluation, and subsequent project management.
- Oversee the entire commercial cycle of projects — from business opportunity identification to final payment collection.
- Coordinate technical teams, local subcontractors, government authorities, and security forces to ensure safe and timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular progress reporting and promptly address issues arising during project execution.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers to build and sustain long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum, Natural Gas, or related disciplines.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of international marketing experience, including team management experience. Familiar with oil and gas upstream development, natural gas surface treatment, and chemical engineering fields.
- Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Arabic, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
- Market Insight: Strong market awareness and ability to identify channel marketing trends; well-versed in various international online marketing and promotion strategies.
- Business Development Ability: Excellent capability in business execution; able to formulate and implement sales plans, policies, and strategies effectively.
