We are looking for an exceptionally self-motivated problem solver with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.

As our Senior Product Manager, you will be leading our internally developed compliance management SaaS solution that enables organizations of any size and industry to tackle compliance with the required standards and regulations. The platform already has production user based and the main objective is growth in the primary regions - EU and USA.

Skills and experience you can bring to this role!

Product Champion. You are passionate about building products that customers love. New Healthtech challenges do not slow you down; rather, you dive into them with a healthy “challenge accepted” attitude.

Facilitator. You easily capture business and product requirements for complex products where user experience, business processes, client requests and software integrations unite. Your exceptional soft skills, complemented by advanced communication techniques and advanced English, eliminate all barriers with international stakeholders and SMEs.

Consultant. The ability to explain technical complexity, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders with different backgrounds is very important as well as presenting a solid demo of the product. You are sharp-eyed for logical gaps and unpolished design but know how to develop optimal solutions relevant to business situations.

Entrepreneur. You are commercially minded and have a strong sense of use cases that lead to commercial success. That allows you to find a “golden middle” between long-term vision and immediate business value, which is so important for evolving products and transforming businesses.

Qualifications and experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on professional experience delivering healthcare solutions, preferably regulated SaMD (under IEC 62304) products;
  • Experience of leading the project team in a startup setup, where you own the product development & growth, and collaborate with marketing, sales, legal teams defining the path forwards and resolve the issues along the way;
  • Awareness of the latest industry trends, technologies, priority clinical areas, and challenges.

Nice-to-have:

  • Knowledge of healthcare standards (e.g. ISO13485, 6304), data privacy and security regulations (e.g., ISO27001, HIPAA, GDPR) and the ability to ensure product compliance. Familiarity with the latest regulations (Data Act, AI Act);
  • Experience with Medical Devices, Gen AI, Information Security and QMS;
  • Pre-sales experience;
  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration).

What Impact You’ll Make

Product Management

  • Define, maintain, and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy;
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, GDPR, AI Act);
  • Translate business and compliance needs into clear functional requirements and prioritize the product backlog;
  • Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases;
  • Drive continuous improvement of the user experience, focusing on simplicity, compliance, and automation.

Project Management

  • Lead product planning and delivery cycles under defined QMS — ensuring clarity of objectives, timelines, and responsibilities,
  • Manage the product in compliance with ISO 27001, go through certification audits;
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and leadership;
  • Track milestones, identify risks, and ensure on-time and within-scope delivery;
  • Facilitate cross-team coordination and effective communication around product status and upcoming releases.

Product Marketing

  • Collaborate on go-to-market plans for new modules and features, shape the pricing strategy;
  • Define value propositions, key messaging, and differentiation for target segments (e.g., medical device manufacturers);
  • Create and maintain product materials — one-pagers, sales decks, release notes, demo scripts - and conduct product demo sessions, webinars;
  • Partner with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent storytelling and market impact;
  • Define and analyze product adoption metrics and translate insights into marketing and product optimization actions.

Expertise Leadership

  • Gain deep domain expertise and product-specific knowledge and ensure effective information sharing within the project team;
  • Proactive contribution to the domain expertise on the corporate level (Industrial Expertise Teams, Product Community, PMO);
  • Be a product ambassador at professional meetups, webinars, business development activities (incl. presales), and corporate events.
