Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in developing, leading, managing iGaming projects (real-money casino products);
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams;
  • Profound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
  • Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban;
  • Proficient in creating and managing project plans, timetables, status reports, and internal/external documentation;
  • Change and Quality management;
  • Fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Strong time management on personal, team, project and program level;
  • Conflict management;
  • Facilitation and team collaboration skills;
  • Agile certifications (SM, PO, etc.) and hands-on experience - will be a plus;
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, ITIL, etc.) - will be a plus;
  • Game Design / Art Production / Programming experience - will be a plus.
  • Proven expertise of project budget and cost management.


Responsibilities

  • Care about your teams;

  • Learn clients' expectations, prepare scope, estimations and planning for each project;
  • Set and manage priorities based on client, team and company needs;
  • Ensure client and company expectations are met;
  • Establish and follow a transparent process, coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups, etc;
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner and eliminate or mitigate risks;
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur;
  • Prepare and present reports on teams progress and milestones;
  • Own full responsibility for product delivery;
  • Set and achieve desired quality goals;
  • Hire world-class team members that fit our culture;
  • Onboard, coach, mentor, appraise and foster career growth for team members;
  • Follow Human Resources policies and procedures;
  • Take an active part in company professional activities;
  • Regular budget and cost management;
  • Regular budget reporting.
