Responsibilities
- Manage the team in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models.
- Take an active role in client meetings, presentations, and workshops to demonstrate value and align expectations
- Build solutions that require analyzing client business problems and developing solutions to help solve them.
- Gather data and requirements; scope solution and architecture; conduct research and prototype innovations if required.
- Design, develop, and implement algorithms and solutions.
- Develop data-driven analysis using statistical and analytics methodologies to solve business problems.
- Execute quantitative data analyses that translate into actionable insights for the broader team.
- Collaborate and coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Present findings and insights to business leaders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data scientists and engineers in the team
- 4-5+ years of relevant experience in data science
- Experience working on an end-to-end data science pipeline: problem scoping, data gathering, EDA, feature engineering, modelling, insights, visualizations, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Ability to apply ML/AI methods to complex business problems.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with cloud technologies (GCP/Azure)
- Proficiency in various machine learning algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, and others.
- Practical experience with ensemble methods, deep learning, NLP, and optimization.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills
- Upper-intermediate English (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of at least one of the domains (CPG, Telecom, E-commerce, etc.) would be a plus.
