Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced PHP Developer with strong knowledge of Smarty framework (including older versions), Laravel, and WordPress. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading existing PHP/Smarty-based applications, migrating templates to modern frameworks such as Twig, and developing new features using Laravel and WordPress.

We are looking for an experienced PHP Developer with strong knowledge of Smarty framework (including older versions), Laravel, and WordPress. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading existing PHP/Smarty-based applications, migrating templates to modern frameworks such as Twig, and developing new features using Laravel and WordPress.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, debug, and enhance existing PHP applications built using Smarty framework (legacy versions).
- Upgrade legacy Smarty templates to newer versions or migrate to Twig where applicable.
- Develop and maintain modules, APIs, and backend logic using Laravel.
- Create and customize WordPress themes and plugins as needed.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and designers to implement responsive, optimized UIs.
- Ensure high performance, security, and scalability across all web applications.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code following best practices.
- Strong proficiency in PHP
- Hands-on experience with Smarty (including older versions).
- Experience in upgrading Smarty templates or converting them to Twig.
- Solid understanding of Laravel framework (routing, Eloquent ORM, Blade, etc.).
- Good knowledge of WordPress development (themes, plugins, custom post types).
- Strong understanding of MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.
