Senior Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between our development team and our brand partners. This hybrid role combines hands-on technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities to ensure smooth onboarding, successful integrations, and a best-in-class customer experience.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor to our retail partners, owning the pre-sales technical process, managing onboarding, and translating complex brand requirements into scalable solutions. Your developer background will enable you to dive deep into our platform and integrations, while your excellent communication skills will help you confidently present technical information to non-engineering stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For

• Key Skills: Typescript, Python, React & AWS
  
• Experienced software engineer or developer with a solid understanding of backend and frontend technologies, APIs, and integration patterns
  
• Proven track record in a client-facing technical role such as solutions engineer, pre-sales engineer, technical consultant, or developer advocate
  
• Comfortable communicating complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to technical and non-technical audiences.
  
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms and integrations, ideally including Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar
  
• Strong problem solver with the ability to independently manage projects from concept through delivery
  
• Enthusiastic about using AI and automation tools to improve workflows and efficiency
  
• Familiar with A/B testing, analytics, and growth-focused product development
  
• AWS experience is a plus
  
• Startup or scale-up experience is highly desirable
