The Management Consultant – Agile Delivery & Coach will guide clients through product-centric and agile transformation, embedding modern delivery practices that unlock speed, empowerment and measurable outcomes.

Role Highlights

– Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver digital products using Agile frameworks and techniques.

– Assess and raise Agile maturity across teams, fostering Scrum values and continuous improvement.

– Coach leaders and teams in agile ways of working, from ceremonies to mindset change.

– Design and implement product-centric operating models, structures and governance.

– Oversee delivery roadmaps and transformation milestones, ensuring transparency and value realisation.

You Will Need

– Proven experience as a Delivery Manager and Agile Coach within complex programmes.

– Confidence facilitating cross-functional collaboration and resolving delivery blockers.

– Fluency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence and Miro.

– Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

– A growth mindset and passion for coaching others in agile and product-centric practices.
