Our Technology Associate Program is designed to support individuals from non-traditional pathways looking to enter the tech workforce for the first time, in roles within Engineering, Data Science or Cybersecurity. Our Program provides an earn while you learn experience, with long term opportunities - here’s what you can expect:

- You are open and willing to share and receive information and support from our large community of technologists.
- Non-traditional tech pathway: You've completed an alternative education pathway aligned to Engineering, Data Science or Cybersecurity – including TAFE courses, traineeships, micro-credentials, bootcamps and vendor certifications.
- Note: If you're just starting your career, a Diploma-level qualification from TAFE will set you up for success. For experienced professionals who have reskilled, your valuable work experience means lower-level certifications may be acceptable.
- Recent qualifications and experience: At the time of your application, you have completed your most recent tech qualification within the last 12 months or are due to complete it within the next 3 months. In line with this, you have less than 12 months working experience in tech.
- Location: You are based in Sydney at the time of your application. (Please note that locations change from time-to-time, so look out for future job postings if you are not based in Sydney).
- Availability: You can work at least two days per week.
