As a Program Manager at Itential, you'll orchestrate complex deployments of our Intelligent Automation Platform, working hand-in-hand with customers to deliver transformational automation projects.
This role is ideal for an experienced program manager who thrives in Agile environments and excels at bridging technical teams with executive stakeholders.
Your Impact at Itential:
As our Program Manager, you'll lead multiple high-complexity implementations of Itential's platform for Service Provider and Enterprise clients. You'll orchestrate all aspects of project delivery in an Agile environment, ensuring on-time, on-budget success while exceeding customer expectations. Your expertise will guide engineering teams through Agile methodologies while maintaining clear communication channels between technical teams and C-suite executives. You'll gather requirements, manage scope, and create project artifacts that track progress and inform strategic decisions. As the central coordinator between internal resources and third-party vendors, you'll ensure seamless execution of automation projects that transform how organizations operate their networks. Your leadership will directly impact customer success and drive adoption of our platform across global enterprises.

- A working knowledge of the software development lifecycle

- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail task prioritization
