About The Role

As the Human Resources Coordinator at Varsity College, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Oversee and coordinate human resource administration processes and procedures to provide an effective and efficient human resources service for the school.
  • Provide operational advice and support to the school on a diverse range of human resource management issues, legislation, and administration.


Your Responsibilities Include

  • Leading and supervising HR processes such as workforce planning, recruitment, workplace reform, and staff leave, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.
  • Providing strategic advice and reports to the Principal, Leadership Team, and Business Manager on HR matters, including workforce planning, performance management, and leave management.
  • Monitoring and managing the School Budget Solution (SBS) profile, credits, and staff leave to ensure compliance and identify potential savings.
  • Supporting staff with HR-related queries, including interpreting entitlements, employment conditions, Awards, and Certified Agreements.
  • Researching and recommending best practices in HR management to enhance the school's HR services and strategies.
