ZIMMERMANN has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Project Manager to join our Head Office team in Rosebery. This is a full-time, 12-month contract role.
About the Role
Reporting to the Digital Content Director, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of our digital content initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with the Zimmermann brand. You will also be responsible for reporting on project impact, consolidating learnings, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of our digital client experience and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
As Digital Content Project Manager, you will:
- Project Management: Own the full lifecycle of digital content projects. This includes conducting research, gathering insights, defining requirements with internal stakeholders, and managing external agencies and vendors. You’ll collaborate with the delivery team on implementation and testing, and support CRO initiatives with the Digital Performance & Optimisation Senior Manager.
- Digital Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of our digital content roadmap by proposing initiatives that personalise, localise, and elevate the client experience. You’ll act as a visual gatekeeper, ensuring all imagery and video content meet Zimmermann’s high standards.
- SEO: Develop and implement content strategies to enhance organic visibility. This includes optimising existing content, identifying gaps through research, and collaborating with copywriters and the merchandising team to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Team Development: Mentor and support the Digital Content team and the Digital Studio team on project-related tasks.
About You
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital content development and optimisation
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of content, studio photography, and videography processes
- Exceptional attention to detail across all content delivery
- Knowledge of SEO content structures and performance metrics
