Your Key Accountabilities
The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Work under limited supervision using a high level of initiative to resolve issues, deliver practical solutions and disseminate information which supports business outcomes.
- Routinely prioritise competing demands in order to meet business and performance timeframes.
- Coordinate activities across the Radio & Electronics Section (RES) on behalf of the RES Project Manager, ensuring that Command Priorities are met.
- Provide leadership and supervision to subordinate staff and monitor performance including the assessment of workplace competencies if required.
- Research and prepare correspondence including complex reports and letters to internal and external clients.
- Develop, implement and maintain office systems, policy and procedures to ensure effective and efficient management of RES Project Information.
- Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, ceremonies and other events and attend to any follow-up action.
- Develop and maintain effective communications and collaborative working relationships with executive, senior officers, support staff and external clients.
