About The Role

We’re gearing up for a busy period ahead and are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join the Monford team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the smooth delivery of our upcoming projects coordinating logistics, managing documentation, and ensuring the right people and resources are in the right place at the right time. You’ll help keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes, supporting site operations, finances, and reporting while maintaining Monford’s commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • 12+ months’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Outlook. Experience with Viewpoint software is a bonus.
