Be critical in defining what "Mobile" means in the Mobile-First company.What you'll doEvolve our mobile capabilities and push the limits of what can be doneWork closely with designers, backend engineers, and business stakeholdersDefine, build, and improve the tools and architecture behind our mobile appShip high-quality apps fast, while always improving UX and performanceMonitor usage and performance to identify what's missing or brokenCreate internal tools, reusable components, and ways to ship fasterWhat we're looking forMobile engineeringYou've built and shipped mobile apps using React NativeYou're comfortable with both iOS and AndroidYou've already worked on a product with a large user baseYou know how mobile talks to the backend and how to debug itProduct and design mindset; you care about UX and clear UIYou think in terms of users, not featuresYou've built polished components with strong attention to detailYou know iOS and Android don't behave the same and plan accordinglyPerformance and data: you know how to build scalable and maintainable codeYou care about what to measure and how it impacts business and users; you track behavior, usage, and performance, and improve based on itHow you think: you care about why we build things, not just how; you ask smart questions and help shape what's nextHow you work: you communicate clearly, give feedback with no ego, and help others grow; you move fast, take ownership, and thrive in ambiguityYou're comfortable working in English — and in a small team with big goalsWhat matters to usYou've worked in mobile-first companiesYou've built or contributed to apps with more than 1 million downloadsYou're excellent at React NativeYou have 4+ years of experience in mobileYou're proactive, autonomous, and know how to fill the gapsYou can communicate in English, since that's our official language.
