Accountabilities
- Design and deliver engaging, functional user interfaces across web and mobile platforms
- Translate complex business requirements into smooth, user-friendly experiences
- Implement front-end features using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs
- Maintain visual consistency and uphold design standards across projects
- Optimize interfaces for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across a range of devices
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform iterative improvements
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure a coherent visual language across products
- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work
- Proficiency in React.js and familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques
- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, and API Gateway
- Comfortable working in agile environments and managing design processes efficiently
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, testing, and iterative development practices
- Preferred: experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Sass), design software (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch), RESTful APIs, and collaboration with back-end teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fully remote setup
